Basic Yoga Practice for Balance*

Join experienced yoga instructor Ann Gill for a basic yoga practice focused on balance poses in standing, sitting and lying down positions as well as basic breath practice that balances our body and mind.  The word “Balance” can be elusive and yet this practice is specific.  It helps us to slow down, develop greater internal awareness and calm our nervous systems.  We will use the wall, chair, bricks and blankets for support. You will need to bring an exercise or yoga mat and a blanket. Open to everybody regardless of age, physical condition and experience in yoga.  Three practices of 1 1/2 hours each.  This a cumulative practice and you must attend all three Sundays.
