Building our faith community through fellowship

It takes a village. By getting involved in a UCG group, you’ll be strengthening bonds with friends – old and new.

Men’s and Women’s Lunch Groups

Men’s and women’s lunch groups meet Fridays at noon. Men’s lunch group meets in Reimer Hall; women’s lunch group meets in the Library. All are welcome to drop in. BYO lunch.

Young Adults

UCG’s Young Adult Group is open to all post-high school young adults and meets for lunch on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month from September until early May. The group meets at the fountain in the Courtyard after the second service to walk to a local eatery and enjoy lunch together. Throughout the year we have additional events, such as family night dinners, an outdoor adventure and opportunities for service. If would like to receive information on upcoming YA events, send your contact information to Judy Parsons at

Supper Club

Supper Club is a great way to share a meal and fellowship. We meet several times per year in groups of 8-10 in the homes of members. Recipes are provided so that each group shares the same menu. The cost of ingredients and wine is shared. All are welcome!

Friendship Group

The Friendship Group at UCG was created over a decade ago for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The purpose of the group is to create a caring environment in which each member has the opportunity to share concerns, express support, give encouragement to each other and find ways to fully participate in the life and service of UCG. The class plans and participates in a wide variety of spiritual, social and outreach activities throughout the year. The Friendship Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month at 11:15am in Room 8. For more information, contact the church office at 378-3500
