Board of Children, Youth, and Families

The Board of Children, Youth, and Families (BYCF) is looking to start the year off strong and activities are planned this summer to introduce BYCF to UCG who might not know the Board and invite your participation in helping plan for all the wonderful things UCG does with its children and youth.

First, be prepared for August 17. That Sunday will be the time to register your child for Kids United. It’s also Time and Talent, which is your chance to get to know all the Boards at UCG.

Second, the BCYF will host a table at Time and Talent. Please stop by for a treat, get to know the Board, and tell us your favorite UCG family activity and why it is important to you. If you have a talent or something you love to do and want to share it with the youth and children at UCG please stop by and let us know we would love to connect with you.

Finally, BCYF is not only for families with young children. We welcome parents, grandparents, teachers, folks with grown children, folks with no children, folks with children however known. There’s room for you! There are opportunities to use your gifts of cooking, organization, activity planning, teaching, gift wrapping, crafting and more!
