Dear Families,It is NOT TOO LATE!Your child(ren) can still participate in the Christmas play, Lessons and Carols and make crafts at our annual craft fair! Simply follow the instructions below.This Saturday, December 4The holidays are coming up fast. One way to help your children get into the spirit of giving is to come to the Christmas Craft Fair on Saturday, December 4 from 3-5. Children are given the opportunity to make a variety of crafts to use as gifts and to keep as treasured keepsakes over the years. And there’s always the yummy delights of decorating (and eating) a delicious Christmas cookie on the spot! So mark it on your calendars and plan to participate in this UCG tradition.THIS SUNDAY, December 5Annual Christmas Pageant during 9:15am service only. Please bring your children to Reimer Hall at 8:45am to get dressed in their costumes. We have everything they need! Just bring them to us (masked) and then go seat yourself in the sanctuary. When the pageant is over, all children will exit together to the large playground where you may then pick them up. IF your child has not practiced at all and hasn’t attended church all year, they CAN still participate! They will be welcomed joyfully! December 11 (Saturday)Lessons and Carols Rehearsal 8:30-9:30am in Reimer and Sanctuary. All elementary children should come this morning to rehearse our song, “Go Tell It On The Mountain”. Please practice at home with them in advance of this rehearsal. Please have every child at this rehearsal!December 12Lessons and Carols Performances are at 11am and 7pm. We will rehearse at 10:15am on the large playground for the 11am performance. Please DO NOT miss that rehearsal. NOTE: Lessons and Carols attire is formal. They ask that the children wear dark colors and look their Sunday best! Please bring kids with full tummies and well-rested as there is no snack time prior to the performances, and this break in routine is sometimes challenging for our little ones. For both performances, drop the children off to large playground.
