As you likely know by now, as part of our Three Year Plan, we have committed to periodically checking in with each other to assess how well church programs are meeting our needs for spiritual nurture, connection, and accessibility. We have sent to all board and committee chairs a report on the third periodic survey, covering the time period from March – August 2021. Over 100 people responded to this new, streamlined version of the survey, including a number of youth members (a first!). This report will help guide boards and committees in assessing and improving their programming as part of the Three Year Plan. If you wish to receive a copy of the latest survey report, please contact the church office. The next periodic survey will come out before winter is over. Keep an eye out for it! The Congregation-Ministry Review Board’s mission is to serve as a conduit between the ministers and the congregation.
