We will hear important information on a proposed lease agreement with Constellation Charter School and the congregation will be asked to vote on the following motion. Pursuant to the Church Council motion approving the call for this Special Congregational Meeting, the motion requires two-thirds (2/3) approval of those voting at the meeting.

• Shall the Moderator be authorized to sign the collaborative agreement, as presented, with Constellation Charter School? YES NO

We will utilize the polling system within Zoom for voting:

• In order to maintain one official channel or flow of information, we will be restricting the use of the chat function. All questions and comments will be conducted aloud
• To help us facilitate voting, if more than one voting member plans to be sitting together at the Zoom meeting, please reach out to me (donnsmith1@gmail.com) in advance 

Proxy Voting – If a member is unable to attend a Congregational Meeting, the member may authorize another member to vote in their place. This authorization is to be in writing, valid for one meeting only. Proxies shall not be counted in determining the quorum.
