During September, the UCG Sunday Seminar Committee will host an inspiring collection of Sunday Seminars: They will be available on Zoom at 10:15am. Meeting ID: 829 6457 0385, Passcode: 1624. See September’s offerings below.
9/4 – Discover What UCG Small Groups Offer
Ever wondered what goes on at a Live Oak Sangha session? Or been curious to hear the beat of the UCG Drum Circle? Leaders of both these long-time UCG small groups, and others, will be featured in this seminar. Panelists will tell you about why they love their group and answer any questions you have. We might even coax a little demonstration out of our Drum Circle! Join us for the fun in Reimer Hall at 10:30 on 9/4, in person or on Zoom.
9/11 – No Seminar

9/18 – Tradition!
Our spiritual theme for the month is “Common Threads”. Come to our seminar today and explore the threads that bind us together. What family traditions do you practice that help weave your loved ones into a unit? What spiritual traditions do you enjoy that help keep you close to other spiritual seekers and God However Known? We would love to hear your experiences and look forward to sharing on 9/18.
9/25 – The Creation Care and Climate Justice Task Force invites you to learn about their mission
Get to know the newest group on the UCG campus! Andy Bachmann saw the potential for our group growing out of several small groups that were talking about climate change issues. We are now united in one task force, and our hope is for UCG to consider becoming an official Climate Justice Congregation with the United Church of Christ. Join us today to learn where that journey could take us in our pursuit of environmental justice. For more information, click on the UCC link here.
