August was a very busy time for the Board of Business. We have  completed most of the roofing project and are awaiting the reroofing of the flat portion of the roof. Our roofer has informed us that 5 days without rain are needed to completely finish the project. The Building and Grounds Subcommittee has made great progress as well. The committee (now affectionally known as the Re-Mod Squad) has begun the difficult of prioritizing the many projects that are needed to address our building and grounds needs.

On the financial front, Pledge income continues to be ahead of the 2022 budget projections. Expenses are slightly lower than budgeted for this time of year, so we are currently operating at a small positive income for the year. However, recent trends indicate that pledges and plate income are falling behind. So please, make sure you are up to date with your pledge.
