The first set of survey results are here! As part of our newly-adopted Three Year Plan, we have committed to periodically checking in with each other to assess how well church programs are meeting our needs for spiritual nurture, connection, and accessibility. Over 100 UCG members gave input on church programs from July-October. Thank-you to everyone who responded! If you didn’t get a chance to respond this time, you’ll get another chance. The next survey will appear in March, asking questions about your participation in church programs from December 2020 to February 2021. Don’t worry about time: the average time to complete the survey was 11 minutes.
The results of the survey will be shared with church staff and with all boards and committees. If you would like to see a report summarizing the results, please contact the church office.
The Congregation-Ministry Review Board’s mission is to serve as a conduit between the ministers and the congregation. If you ever want to discuss a problem, concern, or something that went great, don’t hesitate to contact CMRB chair Tim Martin, or any of the CMRB members: Rebecca Beachy, Catherine Berg, Salina Briseno, John Engels, Don Fitzpatrick, Helda Montero, Donn Smith-Lopez, Brandon Telg, and Bill Zegel.
