As you all probably know, boards and committees are the engines that make UCG go. Boards and committees plan and carry out programming, provide guidance and feedback to the ministers, and perform critical outreach to our community. During the pandemic, membership in several boards and committees has dropped periously low. This not only hinders our ability to do all of the important work our church does, but it also ends up impacting our ministers, who have to pick up much of the work that otherwise would be done by their board. I and the members of CMRB encourage you to seriously consider joining a board or committee if you are not already serving. You can read all of the board mission/business statements here. When you find a board you’re interesting in joining, please contact our Moderator-Elect Barb Gibbs

The Congregation-Ministry Review Board’s mission is to serve as a conduit between the ministers and the congregation.
