Something new, something old: Our very own Jackie Davis has earned a new role on the “Citizen Climate Advisory Committee” serving Gainesville and Alachua County. The committee advises the Joint Water and Climate Policy Board on climate adaptation and mitigation. We’re happy she jumped at the opportunity when we recently learned about it.

Something old: This September 17 and 18, join in spirit with Warren County, North Carolina to celebrate the 40th Anniversary Commemoration of the Birth of the Environmental Justice Movement.
