As the last months of the year start to creep ever closer, I want to remind everyone that my position here is changing. However, I’m always happy to assist or point you to the right person for any inquires you may have.  I would like to ask everyone to please remember to check with me about room reservations to avoid last minute double bookings especially for Sundays. I have been working with the Buildings and Grounds committee to work on immediate repairs and improvements to the campus. I hope you’ve noticed the changes in the seminar rooms, extra informational/updated signage added, and tree trimming in the east parking lot. Ways to help the committee and me are by letting me know if there is anything that is broken, missing, or not working as it should. We have a large campus and it helps us to have information about this to serve you better.

Please note that the new Director positions provide separate roles but there will be some overlap. For example, I need to know when to schedule an event or meeting but Ligia also needs to know the important information about the event so she can communicate throughout the church.
