Let’s all join with our CIA Committee and celebrate its 3rd annual outreach project:  Eat Local, Grow Hope Global (ELGHG). Through ELGHG we are acting together to ensure access to local food.  We are giving together to improve access to food for our global neighbors in Guatemala. And we are growing hope together as we put compassion in action.

ELGHG Highlights:

• November 7 – 11:15am …  ELGHG Seminar: Improving local and global access to food.
• November 10 – 6:00PM … ELGHG Break-Fast Celebration at UCG.  Event will be either outside or inside depending on COVID protocols.  This is how our global outreach works: Fast after lunch on Tuesday, November 9, till dinner on Wednesday, November 10 and then join us at 6PM on Wednesday, November 10 for a Break-Fast Celebration supporting our project of helping Guatemalan women grow veggies.  Break-Fast will feature homemade soups, salads, bread, AND Communion!
