It is impossibly hard to say goodbye to our beloved UCG after 50 years of history together, powerful worship, deep fellowship, Prayer Group, seminars and kids’ Sunday School—and all those years of fabulous in-person retreats!

We are grateful for your kind notes, best wishes, and prayers as we move to a retirement community in Durham, N.C. We will be 20 minutes from our son, Jonathan, his wife, Louise and his three children in Chapel Hill; 40 minutes from our daughter Christina and her daughter in Raleigh; and “only” a 4-hour hour drive from daughter Ellen and her husband and two children in Bethesda.

At least for a while, we will be “snow-birds:” keeping a bit of furniture in our apartment in Gainesville for our return in January-February. And thank heaven for Zoom and phones for staying in touch!

We send our love and prayers to UCG and all of you—and a promise to see you soon (hopefully, in person.)
