The Florida Legislature meets from January 9 through March 8. A bill (HB 599) has already been filed that will threaten the funding of any nonprofit or contractor that uses preferred pronouns. We expect a continued legislative attack on LGBTQ+ people in Florida.

We must make our voices heard! ONA has money to help with expenses if anyone from UCG wants to join with Equality Florida as a citizen lobbyist against anti-LGBTQ+ legislation.
