With COVID infection rates dropping and increasing availability of the vaccine, the COVID team has advised that we might begin to take steps toward resuming some of our in-person activities. The biggest change at this point will be to our Sunday services. We will offer two services, at 9:00am and 11:00am, outdoor in the courtyard each Sunday beginning March 28th. (See below for Easter morning schedule).  Each service will be approximately 40 minutes, with a lengthy break in between to facilitate distanced exits and entrances, as well as disinfection of chairs. The 9:00am service will be live-streamed to youtube and will be available for viewing live or later in the day.

Each week, we will have reservations via Eventbrite. This will allow us to plan seating arrangements to ensure sufficient distance between households, as well as gather information in the event we need to conduct any contact tracing. 

We will have less than 100 people per gathering, and everyone will be masked and distant throughout the service. We will engage in congregational singing, but, of course, everyone will remain masked. The reservation for each week will open on Wednesday mornings at 9:00am and close on Thursday afternoons at 5:00pm, or whenever they are full. 

Children under kindergarten age, or older than elementary school, are invited and encouraged to sit with their families in worship. Take-home busy bags will be provided. Elementary aged children are invited to participate in United Tribes, which will be offered at both services. Groups of children will be limited to 10-15 participants, and will also be masked, outside, and distanced. 

In the event of heavy rain or other inclement weather, we will communicate cancellation of the in-person services and United Tribes on Sunday morning, and will only offer a live-streamed service.
