We are excited to offer our All Church Retreat this year– with some essential safety measures meant to keep everyone safe, including:

• All participants vaccinated to the fullest extent possible, with a negative PCR test result within 72 hours of arrival
• All programming this year will be either outdoors or in open-air locations, and for each programming time, there will be family-friendly options for all to enjoy
• Family units will stay together in semi-private rooms –including teenagers (or, if you’re feeling adventurous, families may choose to camp in their tents or RVs, and we will still have cabins, motel rooms and RV or tent camping available for adults). This year each individual or family unit will have their own lodging room and bathroom. 
• Childcare will be limited to the morning and afternoon programmed time and not offered in the evening or after supper. Parents will be responsible for all children for the majority of the Retreat. 
• Saturday afternoon, we will have an All Camp Scavenger Hunt that promises to be fun for all ages (but there will also be a discussion seminar scheduled for those who would prefer not to participate)
• Our evening events will be largely campfire affairs, in a more simple format from retreats in the past. Our regular Variety Show will be on hiatus this year, but there will be an opportunity to share music or jokes at our Saturday evening campfire. There will still be plenty of time to sing, laugh, and be in good company with amazing people.

Space is limited, so please register promptly: in the office M-F, 9am – 4pm or on Sunday, March 6 – 10:15am – 12:30pm in the Courtyard. Deadline to register is Friday, March 18.

The cost for the retreat this year is:

Adults attending in cabins – $130 

Adults in motels

• $170 each for two people in a room
• $210 for a single person in a room

Adults camping in RVs = $120

Adults camping in tents = $100

Post-high (under 25) = $90

High schoolers and middle schoolers = $80

Elementary schoolers, K – 5^th grade = $70

Preschoolers, 3 years old – 5 years old = $60

Children two years and under = $30

Optional Ropes Course Fees: High = $32    Low = $25

The All Church Retreat is one of our church’s essential fibers, and this year’s retreat will be very different from the last 30 years. Our theme, “Simply Retreat,” captures our call to rekindle and create new bonds with each other in a low-stress, beautiful environment. Join us!
