Thank you all for the wonderful conversations and comments following my service last Sunday.  While I never expect everyone to agree with me, and want to be careful not to tell you where to follow your conscience, I do hope that the conversation will continue. Many of you asked me what we could do and wanted more information about Rev. Kaji Douša and her case. Below is the link to the article on the UCC page, but you can find her youtube video that I referenced and many articles and interviews from major news sources by googling her name. I am also including the link to our denomination’s page that highlights issues surrounding immigration.  There you will find many resources (including the prayers used in last Sunday’s service), articles, and inspiration surrounding the work of care and compassion.
