Judy Parsons, along with Emily Anderton, continues to coordinate and lead our regular Young Adult luncheons at UCG, a group that provides a wonderful landing place for college students and other young adult visitors.

This month, our Vinery work extended to another vital part of our university communities: faculty, administrators, and staff. A group of 15 gathered to share their experiences on campus in light of recent mandates from the state government and to reflect on how we as a congregation might support those caught in the crosshairs. It was a wonderful night of conversation and community building.

We are compiling a small group on ShelbyNext so that we can communicate more easily, sharing resources or ideas, but we are also hoping to gather regularly for a meal and further community building. Our next gathering will be on Tuesday, March 28, from 6-8pm, with dinner and childcare provided.
